Our story
A different kind of property manager.
Host Solutions was founded in Adelaide by Charlton Gunn — qualified in law, finance and real estate. The brief was simple: run a short-stay operation that owners would actually recommend to their friends.
From managing our own Airbnbs and resort apartments we learned exactly what works in Adelaide — and what doesn't. Today we combine sharp market insight with hands-on hosting, smart technology and a commitment to honest reporting.
The result: more income for owners, less stress, and the confidence that your property is in the hands of people who treat it like their own.
We also offer full property staging to prepare homes for the short-stay market.

Adelaide-based founder of Host Solutions. Qualified in law, finance and real estate, and an active Superhost across his own portfolio — so every owner deals with someone who actually runs short-stay properties for a living.
Charlton personally onboards every new property, sets the pricing strategy and stays the direct point of contact for owners. No account managers, no hand-offs — just one person accountable for the result.
