Mid-week corporate demand sets a steady floor between Monday and Thursday, but the real upside is the event calendar - Mad March and the major event season deliver some of the strongest revenue weeks of the year when listings are set up to capture three- and four-night minimum stays during peak weekends.
Guests booking the CBD overwhelmingly value walkability over square metres. A well-photographed one-bedroom apartment on North Terrace or in the East End regularly out-earns a larger but harder-to-reach apartment on the city fringe. We tune the listing, photography and amenity bundle around the walking radius to Adelaide Oval, the Convention Centre and Rundle Mall.
