What we cover
Four trade disciplines, one point of contact.
Plumbing
Leaks, blocked drains, hot-water failures, tap replacements and burst pipes. Our plumbers are licensed, local and carry common parts so most call-outs are resolved in a single visit.
Electrical
Power outages, faulty switches, downlights, safety-switch trips and appliance failures. All work is carried out by licensed electricians with current insurance and clean safety records.
Air conditioning

Report
A guest, cleaner or owner spots an issue. We log it immediately into our maintenance tracker with photos and severity tags.
Triage
Urgent items (no power, no water, safety hazards) trigger an immediate after-hours dispatch. Everything else is scheduled within 48 hours.
Fix
The right licensed trade attends, completes the repair and photographs the result. We never send a handyman to do an electrician's job.
Report back
You receive a photo-documented summary, itemised invoice and recommended follow-up actions - no surprises, no hidden mark-ups.
